    The punch

    Someone buys, sells or sends $KNOCKOUT. The token itself holds back 3% of the amount. It happens on every venue, not only on StonkFun.

    The swap

    StonkFun's platform wallet collects the tax. When the pile is worth selling, it sells the $KNOCKOUT for KOx.

  3. Round 3

    The payout

    KOx is sent straight to holders' wallets, split by how much $KNOCKOUT each wallet holds. Nothing to claim.

FAQ & risks

Read before you fight

Do I pay the 3% too?

Yes. Every buy, every sell and every send between wallets pays 3%. Selling costs you 3% too, on top of the pool's normal trading fee.

Who collects the tax and pays holders?

StonkFun. The tax is a Token-2022 transfer fee: the token holds it back, and only StonkFun's platform wallet (5KXDF6…K6tD) can withdraw it. StonkFun sells it for KOx and sends the KOx to holders. The $KNOCKOUT team never touches it.

How much will I get?

It depends on trading volume and on the price of KOx. With little volume, payouts are small. With no volume, there are none.

Hypothetical example, not a forecast: if $100,000 of $KNOCKOUT changes hands in a day, the tax is $3,000. After StonkFun's cost share (about 2.5%), about $2,925 in KOx is split among eligible holders. A wallet with 1% of the eligible supply would get about $29.

Does the team take a fee?

No. StonkFun's reward mode has no creator fee, so the team earns nothing from trading.

What is KOx?

A tokenized stock (an xStock) on Solana that tracks KO shares. Holding it is not the same as owning the share. Its market is thin: on 27 Sep 2026 its main pool had about $50k of liquidity, so large swaps move the price. Its value can fall.

What happens at graduation?

At about $50k market cap the curve is complete and $KNOCKOUT moves to a Raydium CPMM pool. The 3% tax is part of the token, so it keeps applying on every transfer and on every venue.

Who can use StonkFun?

StonkFun's terms exclude users in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, and in sanctioned countries.

Are payouts guaranteed?

No. StonkFun's terms describe rewards as platform mechanisms that it runs at its discretion and can change. Timing and minimums are set by StonkFun.
